How long have you been roleplaying?: Since around 2016. I have played in various RP communities across many platforms like Gmod, fivem, unturned and more.

Why do you believe you will make a good and productive addition to the Staff Team? [75 words or more]: I have many years of experience with roleplay administration, moderation and event planning across the different platforms I have played on. Im calm under pressure, fair wen handling player disputes, and able to look at situations objectively. I work well in a team and i am good at adapting to different rulesets. I also have alot of time and motivation to contribute many hours to the server each week, ensuring that I can be a consistant and helpful asset to the community.

Explain what the following words mean: (MRDM, VDM, RDM, IC, and OOC).

MRDM (Mass Random Deathmatch) - When a player kills multiple others without any valid in-character reason.

VDM (Vehicle Death Match) - Using a vehicle to kill or harm players without proper RP justification.

RDM (Random Death Match) - Killing another player without a valid roleplay reason or setup.

IC (In Character) - Refers to anything your character does or says within the RP environment.

OOC (Out of Character) - Any communication or actions made outside of your character that don't affect the RP world, like technical issues or casual discussions.

What is metagaming? Metagaming is when a player uses information from outside of roleplay (such as from OOC chat, Discord, or streams) to influence their in-character actions.

What would you do if somebody were to RDM another player? I would bring the reporting player and ask for their side of the story. I would then check logs and if needed, ask for any additional evidence. After that I would bring in the accused player, listen to their explanation, and determine what happened. If the RDM is confirmed and depending on its severity and the punishment guidelines, I would issue an appropriate punishment (such as a warning or ban).

What would you do if somebody were prop spamming? I would immediately freeze and remove the props to prevent lag or disruption. I would then talk to the player involved and let them know that prop spam is against the rules. If they continue or have a history of doing this, I would follow the server’s punishment guidelines with a formal warning, kick, or temporary ban depending on the situation.

Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments: Tier I rule breaking typically includes minor infractions like breaking character briefly, missuse of OOC chat. These are often met with verbal warnings or minor punishments. Tier II rule breaking refers to more serious offenses like MRDM, harassment, or exploitation, which can result in bans. The tier system helps staff find out of the seriousness of a rule break and the level of punishment required.

Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: Serious RP requires strict adherence to realism and character development. Players are expected to remain in character at all times and follow all RP rules closely. Actions must be justified in character, and there is little tolerance for joke behavior. Semi-Serious RP allows for more flexibility. While still structured and immersive, it’s more relaxed with regard to character strictness, and some comedic or casual behavior may be tolerated as long as it doesn’t break immersion for others. (often fivem has a very serious RP kind while dark Rp is often less serious)

What are the duties and responsibilities of the staff team? [50 Words or more]: The staff team's responsibilites are to keep the server safe, fair and enjoyable for everyone. Staff members enforce rules, help players both new and existing, resolve conflicts between players, handle reports and makes sure the rp stays immersive and enjoyable for everyone. The serve as role models and help the server with events, and by acting professionally staying active.
