I think I would be a good and productive addition to the Discord Staff Team, because I'm pretty active on Discord when I'm not doing IRL things, as well as having a strong moral compass and a good work ethic.

What would you do if somebody were to break the Discord TOS? 

It depends on the severity of the offence. I would either give them a warning if it's a minor offense or in the case of major rule/TOS breaks, I would mute, kick or ban them.

What would you do if somebody were to spam invites to another community in the Discord? 

I would timeout them, and report them to central management.

What are the duties and responsibilities of the Discord staff team? [30 Words or more]:

My duties and responsibilities as a member of the Discord staff team are to make sure people follow both the community's and Discord's TOS, and administer punishments without bias.
