Why do you believe you will make a good and productive addition to the Discord Staff Team? [35 words or more]: I always try to help others, as I really enjoy being part of this project. I believe that with good teamwork, we can build a great and enjoyable community, and I would be happy to contribute to that. What would you do if somebody were to break the Discord TOS? Depending on server protocol I'd take action, like issuing warning, temporary mute or even ban etc. I would also document the situation if its possible with screenshots. What would you do if somebody were to spam invites to another community in the Discord? I would notify the rest of the staff and assist with clean up. Depending if any "damage" was done with the spam, mute the user. What are the duties and responsibilities of the Discord staff team? [30 Words or more]: The staff is responsible for maintaining a respectful, safe enviroment. Moderating chat, enforcing rules, assisting users, managing roles, channels.
