Why do you believe you will make a good and productive addition to the Staff Team? [75 words or more]: I have newly joined this server, although, I have yet learn many more things, I believe, in my time here, I have gathered fairly enough knowledge about the server and Rp. I believe I would be a great asset for the staff teams as I have good knowledge about roleplay and the server, and I have experience as a moderator and administrator from the servers I was a part of previously. But If I don’t know something, I am willing to learn it from the far more experienced staff team. Although, My main reason to join the staff team is that I notice a lot of times that people break rp, prop minge and RDM , but many of those times, moderators aren’t able to respond to every sit, so, I’d like to join and provide a helping hand as I’m quite active, and I adore this server quite a lot and don’t want such people to ruin the experience for everyone, including myself and the staff team. Explain what the following words mean: (MRDM, VDM, RDM, IC, and OOC). MRDM (Mass Random Deathmatch) - Killing plenty of people without any rp reason. VDM (Vehicle Death Match) - Running people over a vehicle. RDM (Random Death Match) - Killing someone without valid rp reason. IC (In Character) - IC mean “In character”, any spoken words or behaviour in IC would be considered as part of the RP and may affect your experience. OOC (Out of Character) -OOC means “Out of character”, any spoken words or behaviour in OOC would not be considered part of the RP and may not affect your experience directly. What is metagaming? Meta Gaming means using information you gathered in OOC to impact your actions in IC, while you have no knowledge of such information in IC, a good example would be: if someone tells you OOC that a specific person is disguised and is a fake, and you’d use that information to arrest that person IC, that would be considered Meta Gaming. What would you do if somebody were to RDM another player? I would first make a sit, where I’d bring both the reporter and the offender, I’d ask for proof for the accusation and if provided with proper evidence, I’ll see if the offence was intentional or unintentional and accordingly punish the offender with a warn+kick (if tier1) or a 1day ban (if Tier 2). What would you do if somebody were prop spamming? Prop spamming is a perma-bannable offence, if I find suitable evidence, I would provide the offender with a permanent ban from the server. Explain the difference between Tier I rule-breaking and punishments and Tier II rule-breaking and punishments:Tier I rule-breaking means Misunderstanding / Unintentional Error / New Player / an Accident, while Tier II rule-breaking means - Intentional Rule Breaking /Constant Rule Breaking / Already been punished or told to stop / No Rule Knowledge Whatsoever. The difference between the punishments of the two tiers is that a Tier 1 offence might lead to a warn or kick, while a Tier 2 offence may lead to a ban. Explain the difference between Serious RP and Semi-Serious RP: This is the most serious type of roleplay , and when playing, some treat it as almost a second life. Players are expected to follow a more strict and realistic set of rules, some of which have been previously mentioned. Interactions are only allowed to be realistic, and any attempts otherwise are likely to lead to a suspension. While, the general idea of Semi Serious is to be focused job based rather than serious RP character development. This means that as the game advances you will adapt to the situation rather than develop your character with said situation. This means that real life motivations and virtual ones can be applied in game for use in the game. What are the duties and responsibilities of the staff team? [50 Words or more]: The role of staff is crucial as without them the server will go into chaos, the main duties of staff is to ensure everyone is performing RP properly, to ensure no one goes on a killing spree to ruin other people’s experience and basically to help anyone in need of assistance.
